Our Mission
HerMoveNext Foundation Inc recognizes that women have made significant strides in the workforce, but they still remain underrepresented in finance. Her Funds mission is to:
Promote interest in finance among girls
- •Teach financial literacy
- •Provide immersive exposure to a stock market game simulation
- •Connect girls with women finance professionals for mentorship and real-world career advice
- •Create a supportive community of young women wanting to lead and learn about careers in finance
- •Expose girls to a variety of fields/jobs in finance

Her Funds Advocacy promotes policies advancing financial curricula in all schools and financial proficiency of all students.
Her Funds Exchange
Her Funds Exchange connects the Her Move Next community with mentorship programs and internship offerings at companies seeking to actively expand women representation in finance.
Her Funds Forum
Her Funds Forum regularly invites women financial professionals to tell their amazing stories and to share their career advice with our Her Move Next membership.
Her Funds Partner
Her Funds Partner works collaboratively with nonprofits, edtech, and other organizations to promote student financial literacy and career readiness efforts.
Her Portfolio Contest
Her Portfolio Contest encourages participant engagement by gamifying financial learning with a compelling virtual stock market.
Her Outreach
Her Outreach encourages the creation of more platforms like Her Diplomacy, Her Animals, and Her Music, offering guidance and support to help each one get off the ground.
